About Sin Hambre

Sharing food is an integral part of Hispanic and Latino cultures

Who We Are

Sin Hambre is a cultural affinity group of the North Texas Food Bank led by the North Texas based Hispanic and Latino community. Because sharing food is such an integral part of Hispanic and Latino cultures, our community has a meaningful role to play in our collective effort to combat hunger and make healthy foods more accessible.

What We Do

  • Increase awareness of food insecurity in our community with the goal of inspiring action
  • Encourage healthy, nutritious food choices and organize volunteer events and food drives
  • Engage community leaders, corporate partners, and churches in the effort
  • Raise funds and collect donations to support NTFB's mission
